    Rockfish Black Win First Game

The Rockfish Black team won its first game of the tournament and the season. The beat CNY Roadhawks Blue 6 to 5 in overtime. The team started off a little slow, winning at half 2 to 1. The attack came back with 4 nice goals in the second half. Credit goes to Collin and Garrett for winning 8 of 12 face offs. James and Ryan combined for 9 saves. Overall the team played well for a first game. A few small gliches were worked out and the transitions moving the ball up the field improved with every play. Nick Stailey scored the game winner on a textbook play, kudos to Coach Ward.
