Takes Home The Cup
Chesapeake Rock Lacrosse Club wins the Championship.
Congratulations to all of the teams that came out to the 2nd annual Maryland Rockfish Lacrosse Cup. I apologize for the inconvenience at the B level for a missing team, but I truly appreciate the understanding of each team and willingness to work with me. All in all, despite the heat, I think the tournament was a huge success.
Congratulations goes out to the Chesapeake Rock, who gained Rockfish Cup Supremacy with a 9-4 victory over the Roughriders in the Championship game. With the win, they received championship shirts, free entry into next years tournament, and the beautiful CUP in which they will be defending next summer.

HSB Results
Roughriders Lacrosse Club wins the Championship.
Congratulations to all of the teams that played in the smoltering heat this past Wednesday. I saw a lot of good games throughout the day. Special thanks to Chicago's True Lacrosse team. They not only traveled a good distance and competed well, but they were also the only team willing to play an extra game in the heat. You guys are awesome, and we would love to have you back next year.
NOW, for the championship team... Congrats to the Roughriders, who played a great game versus the Anne Arundel All Stars. After the first half, the score was deadlocked at 3 a piece. But in the end, the Roughriders showed why they were champions, by earning the cup with a great second half performance and a 9-4 victory. The win gives the Roughriders free entry into next years tournament, and the right to do whatever they want with the cup in the next year. Just be sure to bring it back next year to defend it.
